MONDAY REHEARSAL WILL BE HELD AT WV STATE UNIVERSITY! Timing is the same - all ensembles will begin at 6:30. Youth Wind students come and play along with the full Youth Orchestra until 8:30.

The map is below. Clicking it will open a larger version suitable for printing, if you need it. Please plan to drop off students in front of Davis Fine Arts Building, and have them enter through the double doors. I will advise about parking once I learn more. We will have the Youth Orchestra on the stage, the Youth Strings in the Art Gallery and the Cadet Strings in the Choir Room. Look for signs posted as to where to go. Conductor's assistants, please come as early as you are able. I will arrive by 5:30. Our contact is Scott Woodard.

Thanks for your patience as we adjust to the wrench in our schedule!

Call the office with questions you may have on Monday. 304-561-3452.
